1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w999 ("w999", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating a w999 account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the w999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

w999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a w999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. w999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any w999 service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing w999 from your jurisdiction is lawful.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or otherwise prohibited from gambling by any applicable regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

w999 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) w999 account. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, household, IP address, or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w999 login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. w999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify w999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Notification should be made via the 24/7 support channel available on the platform.

w999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any entitlements thereunder to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the w999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and selected Pakistani bank accounts including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. USDT cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted subject to applicable conversion rates at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the w999 Cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete the w999 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.

w999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method. w999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including delays in JazzCash or Easypaisa clearing systems.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

w999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and other incentive programmes. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made available. By accepting a bonus or promotion, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or collusion with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

w999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed on the w999 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or sporting event. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the general Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay matters.

Bets placed using funds in your w999 account balance are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or where w999 exercises its discretion in circumstances such as technical errors.

w999 reserves the right to void bets and withhold or reverse payouts where it reasonably believes that a bet was placed as part of fraudulent activity, technical exploitation, or in circumstances where a manifest error occurred in the display of odds or game outcomes.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical processes and are recorded in full. RNG-based game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators. w999 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, without limitation to any other remedies available to w999:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with w999 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the w999 platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the w999 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or create the false impression of eligibility.
• Providing false or misleading information to w999 at any stage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing w999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the w999 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, video streams, and compilations — is the intellectual property of w999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the w999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from w999.

The w999 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in platform availability.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

w999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the w999 platform. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not be able to log in.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to w999's satisfaction.
• The account belongs to an ineligible person, including a minor.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Balances held in legitimately closed accounts (e.g., voluntary closure) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their w999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled according to normal rules.

12 Amendments to Terms

w999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, w999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the w999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the w999 platform's operating jurisdiction. By using w999, you acknowledge that it is your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your own jurisdiction, including the laws of Pakistan.

w999 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are legal, appropriate, or available for use in all locations. Access to w999 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the user's own risk.
